🪑 How to Create a Seating Chart for Your Event

Want to organize your guests into assigned tables or sections? You can create a custom seating chart directly in your Event Dashboard.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to Tools > Seating Charts
    From your Event Dashboard, navigate to the Tools tab on the left-hand menu and click on Seating Charts.

  2. Add Tables
    Use the interface to add tables to your seating layout. You can customize the number of seats per table as needed.

  3. Assign Attendees to Tables
    Once your guests have registered, you can drag and drop registered attendees onto tables to create specific seating assignments.

  4. You can export the Seating Chart as a List or Image


📋 Where to View Seating Assignments:

All seating assignments will appear in your Attendees Report.
To view this, go to Track > Reports > Attendees Report and scroll to the seating chart column.


💡 Tips:

  • Seating Charts are especially helpful for weddings, galas, or large dinners.

  • You can continue adjusting the seating chart even after assigning seats—just drag and drop to update.
