Hosting a Virtual or Online Event with Zoom

Planning a virtual event? You can easily share your online link either directly on your event website or only after guests register.

🌐 Option 1: Add Your Zoom Link to the Event Website

Want guests to access your Zoom link directly from your event page? You can do that in just a few steps!

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Setup > Event Details.

  3. In the Location field, paste your Zoom link.

✅ Important: Be sure to include the full URL with https://
✔️ Correct: https://zoom.us/yourmeetinglink
❌ Incorrect: www.zoom.com or zoom.com

📧 Option 2: Share the Zoom Link After Registration

Prefer to send the Zoom link only after someone RSVPs? No problem.

  1. Go to Setup > Registration > Confirmations.

  2. Edit your Confirmation Email.

  3. Add the Zoom link to the message body.

Guests will receive the link as soon as they register—easy and secure!
