๐ŸŒ Option 1: Add Your Zoom Link to the Event Website

Want guests to access your Zoom link directly from your event page? You can do that in just a few steps!

  1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Setup > Event Details.

  3. In the Location field, paste your Zoom link.

โœ… Important: Be sure to include the full URL with https://
โœ”๏ธ Correct: https://zoom.us/yourmeetinglink
โŒ Incorrect: www.zoom.com or zoom.com

๐Ÿ“ง Option 2: Share the Zoom Link After Registration

Prefer to send the Zoom link only after someone RSVPs? No problem.

  1. Go to Setup > Registration > Confirmation.

  2. Edit your Confirmation Email.

  3. Add the Zoom link to the message body.

Guests will receive the link as soon as they registerโ€”easy and secure!
