Do you support conditional custom form questions?

Custom form questions can be applied conditionally to specific ticket types, attendee tags, or based on another question's response.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to Setup > Registration > Form Questions to create your custom questions.

2. Click Add New Question to set up your first custom question.

3. Then, set up your next custom question which will be conditional based on the previous question's answer.

When you set up your conditional questions, your second question will only appear when the choice is selected:

If you wish to base the conditional question on a specific ticket type, choose Show Advanced Settings and Activate Applies Only to Specific Ticket Types:

If you wish to base the conditional question on a specific tags, choose Show Advanced Settings and Activate Applies Only to People with Specific Tags:

You can create attendee tags under Tools > More > Manage Tags.
