You can add a GIF in 2 different ways to customize your site and bring your event to life.

You can either add a GIF:

  1. ANYWHERE on your site

  2. Add a GIF/IMAGE SECTION to your site

To add a GIF or Image, open Website Editor. Go to your Event Dashboard > Setup > Website > Edit Website.

OPTION 1: ADD A GIF ANYWHERE ON YOUR SITE:

Use the + Add Element feature to insert an image or GIF into any section.

Step 1: To edit/add an image to a section, hover over the area you want the image added to, until the "+" icon appears.

Step 2: Select Image, and an image placeholder will appear on your site.

Step 3: Click Edit to Edit the Image. Here you can add your own Image, adjust the Width, Alignment, add a Link to the Image or add a Image Border.

IMAGE SIZE: For website optimization, please upload a gif that is 2mb or less.

Step 4: Click Replace Image to add your own Image. A Upload Image pop-up will appear. Drag and drop your image into the Grey Upload Area.

Step 5: Edit Image (Optional):

Click Edit Image or Adjust Width, Alignment, Image Link or Image Border

Option 2. Add a Full Image/GIF Section to your site

Add a Photo Content Block to your website.

Step 1: To edit/add an image to a section, hover over the area you want the image added to, until the "+" icon appears.

Step 2: Click on Basic> Photos

Step 3: Select an Image Layout Content Block to add to your site.

Step 4: Click Replace Image to add your own Image. A Upload Image pop-up will appear. Drag and drop your image into the Grey Upload Area.

Step 5: Edit Image (Optional):

Click Edit Image or Adjust Width, Alignment, Image Link or Image Border

💡 Note:

  • GIFs will autoplay and loop once uploaded

  • Use GIFs sparingly for a clean, modern feel—perfect for spotlighting fun or interactive content!
