A chargeback/dispute, or payment reversal, occurs when a financial institution cancels an existing payment upon your request. If you have made a payment to EventCreate and reversed that payment, your account will be suspended and banned until the charges are resolved.

To prevent suspension of your account, make sure your financial institution does not reverse charges on any valid payments or subscriptions.
