To reset your password, visit eventcreate.com/users/password/new and enter your email address. A password reset email will be sent to you.
Please note: The password reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you try to use it after this time, you will receive an “Invalid Token” error message.
If One-Time Password (OTP) authentication is enabled on your account, you’ll be prompted to enter the OTP sent to your email or generated by your authenticator app.
OTP is only required if it has been previously set up on your account. If you haven’t enabled OTP, you won’t see this step.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Go to the login page
Visit the EventCreate login page and click Forgot password?
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter the email address associated with your EventCreate account, then click Send reset email.
Step 3: Check your email
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link to continue.
Step 4: Enter your new password
On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it.
Step 5: Enter your One-Time Password (OTP) (if enabled)
If One-Time Password (OTP) authentication is enabled on your account, you’ll be prompted to enter the OTP sent to your email or generated by your authenticator app.

OTP is only required if it has been previously set up on your account. If you haven’t enabled OTP, you won’t see this step.
Step 6: Log in
Once your password (and OTP, if required) is verified, your password will be updated and you can log in as normal.
