To collect proof vaccination from guests during registration, add a custom question to your registration/RSVP form.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Go to your Event Dashboard. Then, click on Registration under the Setup heading.
Step 2: Click on the tab: “Form Questions.”
Step 3: Click the “Add Custom Question” button.
Step 4: Add your question about vaccination status. If requiring that guests upload their vaccination card or negative test results, choose Image Uploader as the collection method.
Step 5: Check if “Response is required” and which ticket type the question applies to. Check all ticket types you want the question to apply to.
Step 6: Save Question.
Step 7: Once added, you will now see the custom question show up during the ticket registration process.
