If you are encountering issues where it appears your answers are not being recorded under your Attendee List, answers to custom questions may be saved under the Orders/Registrations Report. By default, custom questions are applied to the Attendee during the checkout process.

If you would like to apply the question to the registrant or buyer instead, you can update your questions to be applied to the Registrant Only under under the Setup > Registration > Advanced tab.
