How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please first cancel your subscription. Once your subscription is cancelled, please navigate to your profile page by clicking here and select “Delete Account” at the very bottom of the page. Can I change the email address on my EventCreate account?

You can easily change your email address anytime, by logging into your account and go to your Profile Page: https://www.eventcreate.com/dashboard/profile Step 1: Go to your Profile page by clicking here or click on the bottom left corner as shown below: Step 2: Enter new email address and then click: Update Email address to Save

On the Event Dashboard, are you able to sort the events listed?

Yes, you can easily sort the events by double clicking on the header you want the column sorted by. You can click in ascending or descending order via Event Name, Date or Status.
