To change from a Ticketed event to a a Simple Registration, first, make sure to make all ticket types prices set to $0. Once you adjust prices to $0 for all tickets types, then you will be able to change back to Simple Registration.

When using the Who’s Coming template, how do I access and save the photos from the guests that uploaded a photo?

For guests that uploaded a photo during the registration process, to access their photos, please follow steps below. To download attendee photos, go into your Attendee List, then clicking View/Manage. Click on the guest’s thumbnail image. The photo will open in a viewer and you can save to your computer by right-clicking.

Is there a way to have only certain guests be able to have plus ones? How do I edit the amount of guests someone can bring per invite/attendee?

Yes, you can specify plus ones per guest / invite. You can specify +1’s for specific people by navigating to your attendee list and clicking the attendee name.
